<p>As a Pitch Manager, this role supports the operational backbone of high-impact new business pitches. It brings structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving workstreams while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. The Pitch Manager guides timelines, communications, and workflows to ensure every pitch runs smoothly from start to finish.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end pitch activities in partnership with Growth Leads and cross-functional teams</li><li>Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve</li><li>Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials</li><li>Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams</li><li>Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting</li></ul> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to stay grounded and solution-oriented under pressure</li><li>Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned</li><li>Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Salesforce</li><li>Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada</li><li>Valid passport for cross-border travel</li></ul><p><strong>Desired:</strong></p><ul><li>Agency or consulting experience</li><li>Experience supporting high-stakes or fast-paced workflows</li><li>Ability to identify risks and offer practical solutions</li><li>Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tooling</li><li>&#xa0;Interest in continuous improvement of processes and systems</li><li>Comfort integrating AI into day-to-day work</li></ul> <p>This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick.</p><p>This role offers a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 CAD with the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation based on team, company, and/or individual performance.</p><div sr-tagline=""></div><p><em><strong>Our Commitment to Inclusion</strong><br> <br> Klick uses an AI-powered tool as part of an automated process to support our hiring process by analyzing your experience, skills, and qualifications to help identify alignment with role requirements.
