We know that having best-in-market restaurant selection for consumers is what makes for a winning marketplace, and in this role you will directly influence this by bringing on quality Restaurant and Merchant partners onto the Uber Eats platform. \*\*We are currently hiring for **3 SMB Account Executives** on this team\*\* **Your Impact in Role** - Own the full acquisition cycle of New Zealand's highest priority, local Restaurant partners - Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition - Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience - Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants **The Experience You'll Bring** - **End to end sales cycle** \- Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms - **Executional excellence** \- Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks. - **Communication** \- Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners. - **Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen** \- Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners. **Preferred Qualifications** - Customer Centricity - Market and Pl
