The first involves advancing projects through the development pipeline. This involves tracking milestones and coordinating with developers, landowners, </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW165194253 BCX8">permitting</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW165194253 BCX8"> agencies, utilities, and engineering consultants to keep projects moving toward construction-ready status. The second involves building internal software tools to support project tracking, sales and sales engineering workflows, and the transition of projects from development into market participation — including ERCOT registration, Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) onboarding, commissioning testing, and initial market bidding.
