<p>We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic <strong>Spa Desk Associates</strong> to join the Equinox team at our Equinox Sports Club&#xa0;location in <strong>Washington DC!</strong> This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Under the direction of Spa leadership, support with daily activity of Spa operation</li><li>Contribute towards the daily service sales goals of the spa by recommending treatments and enhancements to all clients</li><li>Support working toward monthly retail targets by informing on and selling retail products to members and guests</li><li>Support spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growth</li><li>Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests</li></ul> <p>The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:</p><ul><li>1-2 years of customer service experience&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum 3 days per week commitment required</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and computer skills</li><li>Must be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industry</li><li>Must be able to multi-task</li><li>Be able to utilize new techniques and ideas</li></ul> <p><strong><u>AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:</u></strong></p><ul><li>We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and industry-leading commission opportunities for club employees</li><li>Complimentary Club membership</li><li>Perks and incentives with our products and services including Personal Training, Pilates, Spa, and Shop</li></ul><p>This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
