Senior System Test Engineer, Cyber and Intel Systems

In this role, you will support the Anduril Frontier Systems division with your technical expertise and fostering strategic collaboration across various teams. This includes working closely with program leadership, supporting companies, and government partners. This position will primarily focus on support for Cyber and Intelligence Systems programs where you will bring simulations or concepts into the real-world. You will also serve as a East Coast representative for the Test and Evaluation team. Follow on work may include support to other programs in Air Defense, Counter-Intrusion, or other Anduril Frontier Systems programs. <br><br>As a valued member of our team, you will play an integral role in developing and testing innovative solutions designed to address real-world challenges. A significant part of your role will involve working on our simulation platform, testing and evaluating new capabilities. This position underscores the importance of an iterative approach to our operations - design, test, field, and refine - thereby driving continuous improvement of our systems and services.<br><br>The Test Engineering team works across the entire spectrum of products ranging from Lattice Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS and our other platforms. If you are interested in working in an extremely innovative and fast paced environment, where your work directly makes an impact and difference in the products that are fielded this a fantastic opportunity.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>As a Test and Evaluation (TE) engineer, under minimal supervision, you will determine and develop various approaches to achieve TE goals and help guide and perform the completion of test activities</li> <li>Support execution of testing at private and government owned test ranges</li> <li>Internally deconflict test events with other Anduril programs and efforts</li> <li>Responsible for safe operation of all testing efforts</li> <li>Work closely with Engineering to discuss test results, to include collected data and observations.</li> <li>Collect and perform initial test data analysis for the system under test</li> <li>Document test procedures and results, providing detailed reports for engineering teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices</li> <li>Coordinate with government test ranges to test and evaluate systems and software</li> <li>Conduct testing of classified capabilities in an unclassified setting, working with customer and Anduril security teams to ensure all protocols and security measures are adhered to</li> <li>Integrate Anduril’s TE process into the program, ensure adherence throughout the life of the program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution</li> <li>Current Top Secret S ...
