If you believe in community, come join ours. </span></p></div><p><strong>About this role</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Product, Strategy and Design orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a data-driven and proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates</li> <li>Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions </li> <li>Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates </li> <li>Drive the offer process to onboard candidates</li> <li>Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity</li> <li>Be a gatekeeper of our culture and champion for Faire values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kind</li> <li>Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace environment</li> <li>You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles</li> <li>You are passionate about recruiting </li> <li>You are organized and have excellent time management skills</li> <li>You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail</li> <li>You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal</li> <li>You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $141,000 to $194,000 per year.</p> <p>This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
