This role partners closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to design and articulate transformation strategies aligned to organizational goals. The Senior Value Advisor works with executives and practitioners to build compelling business cases that demonstrate how Dayforce enables measurable outcomes. In addition, this role contributes to thought leadership initiatives and supports the ongoing evolution of Value Advisory practices. This position is ideal for an ambitious, analytical professional with strong consulting capabilities, executive presence, and a passion for technology-driven business transformation. What You’ll Get to Do Act as a strategic advisor to Sales to shape winning strategies and support deal execution. Drive customer engagement activities and ensure alignment across internal teams. Engage executives and practitioners to capture and analyze data and collaboratively build transformation business cases. Deliver compelling presentations to executive audiences. Own functional and industry focus areas and develop related thought leadership content. Participate in marketing events and present on strategic topics. Contribute to the evolution of Value Advisory practices, tools, and processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to advance strategic initiatives. Partner with customers to establish mechanisms for tracking and measuring value realization. Support the development of Business Transformation Studies with customers and internal teams. Skills and Experience We Value 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in management consulting (Big 4 or similar) or prior Value Advisory experience. Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops and customer engagement sessions. Strong financial modeling and benchmarking expertise. Excellent organizational skills with strong written and PowerPoint presentation capabilities. Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes. Experience working within cross-functional teams. Knowledge of value selling methodologies is an asset. Technology or sales experience is beneficial. Postgraduate degree such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or similar is preferred. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally. Language proficiency in Spanish, English, or French is an asset. Willingness to travel up to 50%. What Would Make You Stand Out Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders in enterprise environments. Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate compelling value narratives. Experience building ROI frameworks and transformation roadmaps in HCM or SaaS contexts. Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
