Through rigorous planning and proactive relationship building, you will eliminate friction, drive accountability, and champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that AirCover remains the industry standard for protection in travel.</div> <p><strong>A Typical Day: </strong></p> <p>This role will be responsible for the following areas within Airbnb’s AirCover business:</p> <ul> <li>Taking primary responsibility for program management of our AirCover for Host Program</li> <li>Developing project / program plans and readiness trackers for multiple business critical initiatives </li> <li>Drive metric definition and storytelling explaining strategic priorities’ impact on objectives and key results</li> <li>Simultaneously managing multiple ongoing projects and tracking their execution progress throughout all phases of their lifecycle</li> <li>Reengineering existing project management processes where necessary to meet AirCover’s future needs</li> <li>Other items as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Expertise:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience</li> <li>Experience with paid insurance offers offered online, preferred</li> <li>PMP certification or similar, preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated experience of independently managing and delivering large, cross functional projects</li> <li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, AirTable)</li> <li>Ability to proactively de ...
