Come join us! </span></p> </div></div><p><strong>Available Location:</strong> Austin</p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong> This critical role is responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations throughout the close cycles by maintaining the stability, security, and high performance of Oracle EPM environments. The EPM Administrator Dev Platform Lead will absorb knowledge transfer from implementation partners and serve as the primary operational lead for Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS). A core aspect of the job involves collaborating cross-functionally with IT and business teams to understand downstream system impacts, manage critical system handshakes, and oversee regular maintenance. Partnering closely with Financial Systems leadership, you will help translate the strategic roadmap into reality. </p> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Cross-Functional System Execution:</strong> Work closely with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to implement roadmap initiatives and evaluate downstream impacts.</li> <li><strong>Troubleshooting Resolution:</strong> Investigate and resolve data load, mapping, validation, and calculation issues. Track and resolve recurring or critical issues through Oracle Service Requests (SRs).</li> <li><strong>Configuration Enhancements:</strong> Maintain and update metadata, including hierarchies, properties, accounts, and node types. Configure web forms, dashboards, workflow rules, and match rules as business needs evolve.</li> <li><strong>Data Integration Management:</strong> Administer Data Exchange pipelines, import/export definitions, and update EDM subscriptions to keep metadata aligned. Manage calculation rules, consolidations, and cash flow mappings.</li> <li><strong>Maintenance Patching:</strong> Review release notes and perform patch regression testing on monthly EPM patches, promoting updates safely across DEV, TEST, and PROD pods.</li> <li><strong>System Support Operations:</strong> Manage and monitor user access control, including assigning predefined and application roles. Provide functional support during close cycles, assisting users with application navigation, workflows, and Smart View queries.</li> <li><strong>Solution Architecture Development:</strong> Partner with leadership to design, build, and optimize scalable EPM data models and solutions.
