You will work alongside the International team to drive key initiatives aimed at driving international business growth and optimizing processes across our markets. </p> <h2><strong>You Will:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Market Compliance:</strong> Conduct initial research on local market regulations and compliance requirements to support the team's ongoing efforts.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Facilitate communication and coordination between the International Strategy Operations team and various functional teams (e.g., Policy, Legal, Finance, etc..) to ensure alignment on regional priorities.</li> <li><strong>Support Strategic Expansion:</strong> Assist in researching and analyzing international markets, identifying regulatory consideration, growth opportunities, competitive trends, and customer insights.</li> <li><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Help track, organize, and report on key operational metrics to assess the success of strategic initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Assist in documenting and streamlining regional planning frameworks and operational procedures to support scalability.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You Have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong academic record and a proven interest in international business and strategy.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience using SQL, Python, R or other coding languages to conduct data analysis.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>A proactive, results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with an international market with local language fluency.</li> </ul> <p>Please note the Company may not be able to employ candidates who have United States work authorization related to certain U.S. visa categories, or support future H-1B sponsorship at this time.
