<p>As a <strong>Sales Strategy Operations (SSO)</strong> team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with data‑driven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and high‑impact revenue management. We inform critical business decisions driving revenue growth, so team members are highly visible to senior Sales leadership at Pinterest and throughout the organization at large.</p>
<p>This role sits within the SSO team supporting <strong>Global Agency Sales</strong>, partnering closely with the VP, Global Agency Sales and regional Agency Sales leaders to shape how Pinterest shows up with the world’s largest media holding companies and independent agencies.<br><br></p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the <strong>Senior Director of Sales Strategy Operations</strong>, and in close partnership with the <strong>VP, Global Agency Sales</strong>, you will develop and bring to life data‑driven strategies that deepen Pinterest’s partnerships with media agencies and accelerate revenue growth across our agency portfolio. In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p><strong>Partner with Global and Regional Agency Sales leadership</strong> to define and deploy critical strategic, organizational and operational initiatives that improve agency health, drive revenue growth, and increase sales productivity across holding companies and key independents.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Shape Pinterest’s global agency strategy and planning</strong> by developing frameworks for agency segmentation, coverage models, deal governance, and account planning that reflect agency structures (holding companies, networks, operating companies, and buying units).</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Lead the analysis of agency business performance</strong> (revenue, forecast, sales pipelines, agency deals, investment mix, portfolio health, margin and incentives) to identify opportunities, risks and gaps — including recurring agency business reviews and ad‑hoc deep dives; translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for sales and executive stakeholders.</p>

<li>
<p><strong>Partner with cross‑functional teams</strong> (Finance, Product Engineering, Product Marketing, BizOps, Client Solutions) to align on priorities and ensure agency‑focused initiatives, products, and tools (including agency planning and reporting tools) are designed and launched in ways that meet agency needs and drive measurable impact.</p>

<p><strong>Build scalable reporting, tooling and operating cadences</strong> to monitor agency health and program performance (e.g., global agency metrics reviews, dashboards, and playbooks), ensuring the broader sales org can easily understand performance and act on insights.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Structure and execute complex, cross‑functional projects</strong> end‑to‑end: define problem statements, build work plans, gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs, lead analyses, align stakeholders, and drive decisions and execution.</p>
