The ideal candidate will bring deep insight into global trends in DfMA/IC, a strategic mindset, and experience in turning vision into execution. You are a seasoned strategic thinker with cross-functional expertise in industry domains and emerging technologies. You possess the ability to work closely with executive-level clients to co-develop digital transformation strategies, define value metrics, assess current performance, and shape implementable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a Tokyo-based role that offers the opportunity to be a key part of Autodesk’s efforts to lead innovation in construction and manufacturing. Responsibilities Advise clients on strategic transformation initiatives, including supply chain integration, digitalization, Industry 4.0, enterprise asset management, BIM, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and related innovation programs Translate visionary ideas and market trends into measurable business outcomes Collaborate closely with executive and senior business leaders to clarify and prioritize strategic goals Work cross-functionally with solution architects, consultants, and Autodesk stakeholders to propose optimal approaches and deliver customer-ready solutions Contribute to the creation, review, and management of high-quality deliverables such as proposals, business assessments, recommendations, workflow documentation, and process analysis Support project scoping, estimation, work breakdown structuring, and delivery methodology selection Facilitate effective decision-making and resolution of complex business/technical issues Support sales pursuits and identify additional product/service opportunities within client organizations Help establish Autodesk as a thought leader by developing and promoting compelling insights in the DfMA/IC space Willingness to travel up to 50% as required Minimum Qualifications Business-level proficiency in both Jap ...
