As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable, intelligent systems that democratize access to data for business users. What you'll Do Build technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas Design, build, improve and maintain highly performant and highly scalable services and data processing pipelines Work in a small, collaborative, highly productive, and high output team environment Champion standard methodologies and process improvements within the team Learn new technologies and technical solutions What you need to succeed 3+ years of software development experience at major technology companies and/or software startups building SaaS products and Agents Real passion for solving complex customer problems using data insights, data science and analytics General understanding of data structures, algorithms and distributed computing concepts Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, etc and Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, DAX and ETL Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience) Ways to stand out from the crowd: A total of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning/statistics. Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously. Proficient understanding of Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, A/B Testing, Customer Segmentation Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously.
