Senior Talent Development Partner

The Opportunity Join Adobe’s Employee Experience (EX) team as a Talent Development Partner for the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape the talent agenda, develop and deliver transformative experiences, and build a culture of learning and leadership across a diverse landscape. As a key partner for employee and leadership development, you will design and execute initiatives that address organisational challenges, drive leadership and team effectiveness, and create measurable impact. You’ll work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global Talent Development teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact solutions. What You'll Do Speak “business”, not “HR”. Deeply understand the business and region to serve as a trusted advisor on organisational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development across EMEA. Be a trusted partner. Partner with HR Business Partners to support the execution of regional talent strategies. Engage globally. Cultivate positive relationships with global Talent Development, Business Partners, and business leaders by understanding business issues and translating them into people strategies with concrete, measurable impact. Be hands-on AND operate strategically. Craft and deliver development initiatives that incorporate a deep understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions. Build and deliver innovative solutions. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop targeted solutions that align with Adobe’s values and delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual, and live experiences. Drive global processes in the region. Support and contribute to the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs, and offerings. Be adaptable. Facilitate virtual, live, or blended enterprise programs to core audiences (managers, directors, individuals). Design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and planning sessions for regional business teams. What You Need to Succeed Lead the way. Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools, and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including behavioural change, talent management, change leadership, and team effectiveness. Experience matters. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience and a minimum 8 years of relevant talent development experience; consulting experience will be highly regarded. Demonstrable track record. Impactful talent management and learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment. Depth and breadth. Human capital or leadership development advisory experience with a variety of organisations, teams, or leaders. Build relationships. Ability to establish relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills. Exemplify Adobe’s values. Commercial savvy.
