This team tackles some of the most challenging and unique problems faced by our business. Here are a few examples:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Growth Platform:</strong> Designed to increase supply and retain existing hosts.</li> <li><strong>Policy Platform:</strong> Enables Airbnb to engage with regulatory bodies across the globe regarding short-term rental regulations. This platform tracks regulations that impact the Airbnb business and provides intelligence to address unique business challenges.</li> <li><strong>Community Platform:</strong> Establishes a social platform to drive community enablement, collaboration, and success.</li> <li><strong>Agent Tools:</strong> Empowers agents to understand and resolve issues that customers are unable to address on their own.</li> <li><strong>Aircover Claims Platform:</strong> Facilitates the processing of claims for Aircover insurance products, offering protection to both hosts and guests.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></p> <p>Our team is building an AI-driven growth platform to serve as a true growth engine for Airbnb's supply expansion. This platform will leverage AI-driven intelligence to provide sales insights, meet diverse supply needs, help current hosts achieve greater success on the Airbnb platform, and build lead funnels to attract more high-quality hosts to Airbnb.</p> <p>There is immense potential for AI-driven initiatives to revolutionize the supply funnel at Airbnb. This role presents an exciting opportunity to create a unique and impactful platform that addresses complex business challenges.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about making a difference through their work. You will play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering a solution that is flexible, efficient, and scales with the needs of the business. Each individual brings their own unique skill set, experiences, thought leadership, and technical expertise to solve these challenges for Airbnb.</p> <p><strong>A Typical Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy to build novel products and features.</li> <li>Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
