Your Career As the Senior Manager, Sales Acceleration, JAPAC , you will be the human layer of our sales engine - drive and execute high impact sales programs, working closely with our field leadership and sales sales, the APAC team, and our headquarter partners. You will up-level the sales organizations, working closely with our learning and development team, GTM teams including marketing and ecosystems, and leadership stakeholders.  Your proven sales or sales supporting experience will help ensure success. This role is 60% field-facing, requiring a senior operator who can walk the walk - develop partnerships with the field teams, the many GTM supporting teams, and our leadership. Your Impact Field-Facing Execution: Spend the majority of your time directly with sales teams and leaders, driving successful sales initiatives and play execution measured by revenue growth and broadening portfolio adoption. Account Strategy guidance and reviews: Lead the preparation, scoring and management of top account strategies, enabling our leaders to join well prepared and structured reviews.  You will ensure these sessions are not just administrative exercises but high-impact attack strategies that identify clear paths to customer cyber transformation. AI-Driven Opportunity Development: Champion the use of AI tools to help teams identify whitespace, predict customer needs, and develop complex opportunities more efficiently. GTM Transformation: Drive the evolution of the APAC sales motion from point-product transactions to holistic, platform-based solutions (including AI-integrated security). Optimize Sales Velocity: You will proactively identify and eliminate obstacles in the sales cycle to increase sales velocity and improve win rates across the geography. Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the business partner to Regional and Functional leaders, problem solving, remove barriers, raising productivity, and being their advocate into corporate functions. Your Experience Field Sales or related: A proven track record in high-performance field sales or field GTM role. You must have the credibility to coach and partner with experienced  Account Managers and Sales Leaders. Leadership Depth: Experience in sales leadership is highly preferred.
