Job Summary The Team Systems Engineering - As part of our Systems Engineering team, you’ll support the Sales team with technical expertise and guidance when establishing trust with key clients. Job Summary As a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer, you will be a key technical expert for our Management and Operations solutions, including Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technology, redefining the future of network security. You will help develop and run performance tests, manage betas for new products, consult with customers on complex deployments, develop and deliver technical training for Systems Engineers, and document technical concepts to educate our employees, partners, and customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and continuously refine the technical marketing plan for Panorama and Strata Cloud Manager. Create and deliver effective technical assets, including whitepapers, demos, videos, and training for sales, customers, and partners. Lead competitive research and testing to identify and articulate key product advantages, delivering these insights to field and partner teams. Serve as a primary technical evangelist by presenting at seminars, conferences, and customer briefings to promote Palo Alto Networks' vision and technology. Proactively collaborate with engineering and product management to identify product gaps based on competitive analysis and customer feedback, and drive enhancements. Set up, automate, and maintain a competitive test lab to evaluate product strengths for security efficacy and feature parity. Work with marketing to develop compelling competitive collateral, including battle cards, presentations, and white papers. Document complex technical concepts to ensure our products are well understood and utilized to their fullest potential by customers and partners. Qualifications Required Qualifications 10 years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, DevOps/Solution Architect, or a similar role in the network/cybersecurity field. Deep understanding of network and Security Infrastructure, including NGFW, SASE, and Zero Trust Architecture. Deep understanding of Unified Management for Network Security Infrastructure.
