Job Summary Job Summary As the Sr. Director of Product Management for Web Protection, you will define and execute the strategic vision for our core security subscription portfolio in a landscape of evolving AI-powered threats. You will lead a team of top security minds to innovate our web protection capabilities, leveraging a vast customer base and rich security data. This executive role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical cybersecurity expertise, and a passion for protecting customers by delivering transformative security outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and articulate the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for the Web Protection product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Take accountability for the P&L and growth of the security product portfolio, driving an innovative roadmap to disrupt the market. Lead, coach, and mentor a world-class team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing leadership to ensure cohesive strategy and execution for delivering best-in-class security solutions. Identify and pursue significant growth opportunities, leveraging business acumen and technical expertise to enter and lead new high-growth markets. Represent Palo Alto Networks as a key subject matter expert and evangelist for web protection with customers, partners, and industry analysts. Qualifications Required Qualifications BS or MS in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering), or equivalent military experience. 10+ years of experience in a technical product management leadership role with security solutions covering web protection, threat analysis, intrusion prevention, or antivirus. 5+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing teams of product managers. Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling new products or offerings at a portfolio level, driving significant revenue growth and market share. Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications MBA is highly desirable. Experience with cloud-based security solutions and delivery models. Experience managing managers or leading multiple product lines. Proven ability to make complex, data-driven decisions that influence long-term strategy. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
