Job Summary We are seeking a Product Design Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented designers while actively contributing to the design of core product features. In this role, you will manage experienced product designers to solve complex user experience challenges through innovative, streamlined flows and polished aesthetics. You and your team will be responsible for leading the entire design lifecycle, from early research and conceptualization to delivering pixel-perfect designs ready for development. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of talented UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Proactively collaborate and partner with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy and define the user experience for Cortex XSIAM. Contribute directly to feature design and product development, serving as a hands-on design leader. Own and continuously improve the team's design process, from initial research and conceptualization through execution and delivery. Help maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across the product suite. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, ensuring the user's voice is present in all product decisions. Review design deliverables and provide clear, constructive feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes. Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing design talent to grow the team's capabilities. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of related experience, or PhD with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or leading product design teams. A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your work on end-to-end product design projects, including your process, thinking, and final outcomes. Expert-level proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing complex enterprise software or data-intensive applications, preferably in the cybersecurity domain. Proven ability to execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing agile environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. A passion for balancing high-level product strategy with detail-oriented, pixel-perfect execution.
