Job Summary The Global Talent Enablement Specialist is a central figure in our global talent enablement program, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics for professional enablement workshops and spearheading the foundational onboarding experience for all new hires. This role blends operational excellence with data integrity, ensuring that every touchpoint—from a new grad's first day to a veteran employee's specialized training—is seamless, professional, and compliant. You will serve as a primary point of contact for the community, drive process improvements through automation, and manage the critical systems that power global talent growth. Key Responsibilities Facilitate critical Day 1 logistics, including guiding new employees through laptop setup and conducting I-9 verification for compliance. Manage the new hire communication lifecycle, overseeing the distribution of welcome emails and calendar invitations. Spearhead the coordination and facilitation of 'Welcome Day,' acting as the primary point of contact for new hire onboarding. Coordinate end-to-end logistics for all Talent & Enablement workshops, including managing facilities, vendors, and training materials. Serve as an LMS Administrator, handling the full lifecycle of workshop creation, session management, and user permissions. Maintain data integrity by proactively conducting regular data auditing, attendance tracking, and generating reports on training metrics for stakeholders. Drive process improvement by collaborating with the IT Automation team to develop and implement automated solutions for manual workflows. Curate the new hire community experience by managing communication channels and ensuring appropriate resource access. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Development, or a high-volume administrative role within a corporate environment. Experience producing and facilitating new hire orientation and managing end-to-end logistics for corporate events or workshops. Experience serving as an administrator for a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar HRIS platform. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience acting as a primary point of contact for new hires and cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience partnering with IT or Engineering teams to automate manual workflows and processes. Experience working in a regional hub and with shared services teams while maintaining operational consistency with global standards.
