Flexible working hours Boost your personal development in an environment that encourages continuous learning Competitive compensation Learning and development budget Healthy (and non-healthy!) snacks and beverages on site Recurring virtual events and annual airfolks meet-ups Responsibilities: Develop campaigns for global sales growth in partnership with the sales team Oversee the development and execution of campaigns that support global demand and business objectives Develop a long-term vision for global acquisition campaigns; to achieve their monthly and quarterly lead goals while driving innovation and experimentation to bring airfocus campaign strategy to the future Experience in digital and a solid understanding of digital marketing Analyse and report on all performance metrics Identify performance trends and propose optimizations Optimize workflows, tools, processes, and team rituals Manage the day-to-day marketing operations Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in project and campaign management Proven track record in direct marketing, campaign management and digital marketing Able to work to challenging targets within tight time frames, prioritising and setting clear measurable and achievable goals Target oriented Strong analytical skills Ability to create a network of peers and build relationships across the business (stakeholder management – cross function) #LI-UP1
