Your New Role and Responsibilities Join our Airborne Solutions Technical Development team, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing mission systems across the AMSA CL‑604, ABF DHC‑8 fleet, ground stations, and our Systems Integration Lab. You’ll help design, build and test next‑generation mission systems, working closely with experienced Engineers and AMEs while taking ownership of system integration and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Deliver maintenance, development and fault‑finding on airborne mission systems Perform on‑wing tasks, mods, updates, and system checks Test, evaluate and troubleshoot components in the Systems Integration Lab Support deployed mission systems across remote bases and customer locations Maintain test racks, lab equipment and documentation to required standards What You’ll Bring to Make an Impact Australian citizenship with ability to obtain Baseline AGSVA ABF clearance Cert IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Avionics) Minimum 2 years post‑trade avionics maintenance experience Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously or in a team Willingness to travel for short periods when required Di verse Team Members , Shared Values and a Common Purpose Providing our customers with smarter solutions takes an incredible team with diversity of thought, experience and perspectives d riving innovation.
