Expression of Interest We’re seeking Expressions of Interests from experienced Engineers with expertise in below domains to support the delivery of advanced national security technology solutions: Windows/Linux platforms Automation Networking Virtualisation Infrastructure Your New Role and Responsibilities These engineering positions will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and intelligence partners to design, implement, and maintain a sophisticated hybrid cloud infrastructure. Our team is instrumental in developing innovative technologies that tackle evolving challenges within the intelligence community. Additionally, these roles will focus on designing, integrating, and validating complex tenant environments tailored to specific use cases, supporting critical customer objectives. As Platform Engineers, your week could involve: Design & Build – Assisting in the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure platforms using cloud services, automation tools, and modern DevOps practices. Automation & Scripting – Developing scripts and infrastructure-as-code to provision, configure, and manage systems efficiently and reliably. Platform Operations – Helping to monitor, maintain, and optimise infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security. Deployment & Delivery – Supporting the creation of CI/CD pipelines, building releases, and enabling smooth delivery of applications and services. Security & Compliance – Integrating security best practices into infrastructure workflows, including secrets management, access control, and compliance automation. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Writing clear technical documentation to support operational excellence and team collaboration. Collaboration – Working closely with architects, engineers across disciplines to deliver and improve platform capabilities. What You'll Bring to Make an Impact Tertiary qualifications in relevant Engineering and/or Information Technology domains. Experience in designing, building and supporting complex IT infrastructure platforms. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies, including Terraform and Ansible, with a focus on repeatability, automation, and version control. Strong understanding of networking, system integration, cloud-native services, and infrastructure architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Due to the nature of the role, you must be an Australian Citizen and hold an active NV-2 security clearance with potential uplift to a TSPV clearance.
