We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own outreach to high-value or complex healthcare accounts, modeling strong outbound execution. - Design and stand up outbound and nurture programs - Analyze performance, refine messaging, and update campaigns using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Definitive Healthcare. - Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help establish the processes required - Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align on qualification criteria, follow-up expectations, and feedback loops. - Work with Key Accounts Sales Director with penetrating into larger accounts - Drive legal and contracting processes for smaller affiliated organizations within larger strategic accounts to support expansion WHAT YOU’LL BRING - Passionate about healthcare technology and proactive about understanding the needs and dynamics of health systems. - Both a high-performing individual contributor and a natural coach who enjoys helping others succeed - Comfortable driving structure in a fast-changing environment; able to build from scratch without being overly dependent on existing playbooks - A strong communicator who can craft compelling messaging and provide actionable feedback - Detail-oriented, metrics-driven, and eager to test new programs and iterate quickly. - Collaborative, curious, and motivated by the chance to shape a foundational revenue function. WHO YOU ARE - 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare. - Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline. - Experience mentoring peers, leading initiatives, or operating as a team lead (formal or informal). - Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, sequence building, and metrics tracking. (Salesforce & Outreach strongly preferred) - Strong planning skills, comfort with data, and an ability to set and evaluate KPIs. - A growth mindset and resilience—comfortable balancing individual execution with team leadership.
