About the Role 1. 職務概要 (Role Purpose) Director, Engagement Managementは、日本市場におけるWorkday導入プロジェクトのデリバリー統括責任者です。グローバルおよび日本のCX（Customer Experience）、セールス、パートナー各戦略を深く理解し、それらと整合したデリバリー体制の構築と運用を担います。 標準メソドロジーに基づいた品質・ガバナンスの維持（守り）を徹底すると同時に、AIや自動化ツールの活用による導入手法の効率化（攻め）を推進し、顧客のWorkday投資に対するROI最大化を支援します。 2. 主な職務内容 (Key Responsibilities) 【デリバリー・ガバナンスと顧客の成功】 ・プロジェクトポートフォリオの監督: 複数かつ大規模・複雑なプロジェクトを統括し、Workday標準メソドロジーに基づいた予算、進捗、品質、リスク管理を適切に推進する。 ・エグゼクティブ・マネジメント: 顧客のC-Level（CHRO, CFO, CIO等）と信頼関係を構築し、ステアリングコミッティを通じてグローバルのベストプラクティスに基づく戦略的助言を行い、意思決定を支援する。 ・リスク/エスカレーション対応: 日本特有の商習慣や要件に配慮しつつ、グローバル標準との乖離を管理する。技術的・組織的課題が生じた際は、関係部署と連携し、迅速な解決を図る。 ・P&Lおよび収益管理: 担当部門の収益性を管理し、リソース配分の最適化を通じてビジネス目標を達成する。 【組織開発と部門間連携】 ・セールス戦略との連動: 国内のセールス戦略（重点業種、大企業アプローチ等）を理解し、プレセールス段階から適切なデリバリー体制の構築、見積もり、リスク評価を支援する。 ・クロスファンクショナルな協力: 営業、製品開発、サポートチームと連携し、現場のインサイトを製品改善やサービスパッケージの開発へフィードバックする。 ・AI活用の促進とチーム育成: コンサルタントが最新のAI技術や生成AIツールを習得し、付加価値の高い業務に注力できるよう、スキルアップと組織文化の形成を支援する。 【パートナーエコシステムの支援】 ・パートナー戦略の推進: 日本のパートナー戦略に基づき、主要サービスパートナーとの協力関係を構築する。パートナー主導プロジェクトにおいて、Workdayの品質基準を維持するためのガバナンスを提供する。 ・イネーブルメントの実施: パートナー企業に対し、導入手法（Launch Flex等）や最新の製品機能、AI活用に関するナレッジ共有を行い、エコシステム全体のデリバリー品質の標準化と向上を図る。 【デリバリーや管理業務における変革】 ・次世代デリバリーモデルの導入: プロジェクト管理、テスト、データ移行等の各フェーズにAIや自動化ツールを導入し、品質向上と導入期間の短縮を両立させる仕組み作りを推進する。 ・データドリブンな管理体制: データ分析を活用し、プロジェクトのリソース不整合やリスクを早期に検知・解消するプロアクティブな管理を確立・推進する。 The Director, Engagement Management is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all Workday implementation projects within the Japan market. This role requires a deep understanding of global and local Japan strategies across Customer Experience (CX), Sales, and Partners to build and operate a delivery organization aligned with their objectives. You will be expected to maintain rigorous quality and governance based on standard methodologies (Defensive strategy), while simultaneously driving efficiency through AI and automation tools (Offensive strategy) to maximize the ROI of customers' investment in Workday.
