About the Team About the Team You will be joining a team of professional Engagement Managers that deliver high quality Workday solution deployment and consulting projects for customers. As a Senior Engagement Manager , you won’t just be managing projects—you will be the chief architect of our clients' success. You will lead high-impact Workday implementations, serving as the bridge between sales, delivery, and the C-suite. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on being a methodology expert and a trusted advisor , ensuring that every deployment is delivered with precision, on budget, and ready to serve as a world-class reference. Primary Responsibilities Drive the Gold Standard: Become a certified expert in Workday’s Implementation Methodology, leveraging it to lead 1 to 2 large-sized projects simultaneously to successful Go-Live. Influence the Deal: Partner with the Sales team to shape the future of our engagements. You’ll help gather requirements, formulate delivery approaches, and craft SOWs that set our teams up for success. Consultative Leadership: Act as a mentor to Professional Services resources, guiding them through technical hurdles and professional growth. Navigate the C-Suite: Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings, translating project milestones into business value for client stakeholders. Manage the Scope: Manage project scope and budgets with a firm but fair hand. You’ll identify risks early, resolve conflicts with client PMs, and execute change orders when the scope evolves. Ensure Long-term Success: Guide clients from the intensity of implementation into the stability of Product Support/Customer Success, ensuring they are empowered to maximize their Workday investment. You will need to become : The Workday Expert: You have a deep understanding of Workday products and a passion for staying ahead of the platform’s latest features. The Diplomat: You can balance the firm requirements of a Statement of Work (SOW) with the delicate nature of client relationships. The Finisher: You have a track record of bringing projects in on time and under budget without sacrificing quality. The Strategic Mentor: You don’t just delegate; you coach.
