At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to lead our Technical Consultant team. This role involves serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You will articulate HiredScore's technology seamlessly and align it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You will be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency. Lead and guide the Technical Consultant team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with other team leads to foster a cooperative work environment. Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration throughout the project implementation, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales for new and existing clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM). Present and explain our technology, integration, IT, and security architecture to clients. Address formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.). Work with clients and partners to resolve technical challenges specific to their environments and requirements. Lead improvements and enable our sales and engineering processes through tools, processes, and other initiatives. Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting materials for internal and client usage. Oversee the configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on client systems while addressing client-specific challenges.
