About the Role 【業務内容】 弊社フィールドセールス部門の重要な役割を担うのがアカウント エグゼクティブです。新規顧客の獲得に注力しながら、顧客開拓の推進力となっています。また勤勉で堅実なプロフェッショナルで構成される当チームは、レガシープラットフォームの壁を乗り越え、先進的なエンタープライズマネジメントクラウドを導入を検討している新規顧客を導く鍵となる存在です。チームとして、私たちは顧客とパートナーシップを組み、最適なソリューションを生み出すことで長期的な価値提供や、顧客満足度の向上にも努めています。 主な業務内容は以下の通りです。 担当エリアにおける重要な商談機会を選別し、対象を絞り込み、成約に導くための戦略を立てます。 担当案件のアカウントプランニングを行い、プリセールスやその他部門と協力しながら、戦略的なすり合わせを行います。 大手企業の見込み顧客を対象とした弊社ソリューションの提案営業とサポート、および価値訴求を推進します。 既存顧客 / 見込み顧客、パイプライン、サービス予測データを正確かつ速やかに更新します。 ----- Here at Workday, our Account Executives are key players in our Field Sales Operations organization. With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workday’s new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As a team, we believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important. We want to make sure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing. In this role, you will: Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory Performs account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects and shares Workday value proposition Be responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials Negotiate deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data About You 【必須要件】 SaaS / クラウドベースのERP / HCM / ファイナンシャル / プランニング / アナリティクスソリューションのCレベル層に向けたフィールドセールス経験が5年以上ある方。 さまざまな経営幹部との交渉経験がある方。 ビジネスチャンスを獲得するエグゼクティブ 担当エリア内でリード顧客を創出 / 開拓する手法開発に携わった経験がある方。 【さらにあると良い経験】 営業サイクルの短縮( ...
