Associate Quality Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a Associate Quality Analyst to support a US Healthcare platform. This role focuses on validating data-driven web applications and workflow-based systems in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, solid testing fundamentals, and the ability to learn healthcare workflows quickly. Core Responsibilities Execute functional, integration, and regression test cases Validate workflow-driven web applications Perform database validation using SQL queries Test data integrity and rule-based processing logic Identify and document defects clearly with reproducible steps Participate in Agile ceremonies Support UAT and production validation as needed Mandatory Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience in software testing Strong experience in functional and regression testing Good working knowledge of SQL for database validation Experience testing web applications Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes Experience working in Agile environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have Exposure to US Healthcare systems or regulated domains Understanding of claims lifecycle or revenue cycle workflows Basic API testing knowledge Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium or similar tools) Basic understanding of automated test case design and maintenance Awareness of balancing manual and automated test coverage Python scripting exposure Benefits Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
