<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and scale our production operations in Arlington and Manassas, VA. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing and production workflows, ensuring efficient supply chain coordination, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.</p>
<p>The Production Manager will bridge strategy and execution—leading day-to-day production activities while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our autonomous systems hardware is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily production operations, including assembly, testing, packaging, and shipment of hardware</li>
<li>Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives</li>
<li>Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and efficiency</li>
<li>Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability and mitigate shortages</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes</li>
<li>Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities</li>
<li>Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production or quality issues</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop production technicians and support staff</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Communicate production status, risks, and recommendations to leadership clearly and proactively</li>
<li>Implement and refine production workflows and standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Leverage ERP and inventory systems to improve reporting and operational visibility</li>
<li>Support scaling of production capacity as the company grows</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or hardware assembly environments</li>
<li>Even better if experience is working in electronics, aerospace, or robotics environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electronic assembly</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li>
<li>US Citizenship required </li>
