Sales Manager, Law Firms (1351) Position Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth within our U.S. Law Firm client segment. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role reporting to the Head of Sales, U.S. Law Firms. The ideal candidate will be based in the U.S. and comfortable working remotely.   You’ll love this job if you like to: Manage Pipeline : Own named accounts, segment, prioritize and leverage the sales development team to create account growth strategies. Prospect : Through email, phone and in person, reach out to IP operations professionals and law firm leadership to develop interest in our solutions. Pipeline building will be supported by the Marketing and Sales Development team, but direct regular contact with strategic named accounts is required. Deliver Demos : Build a business case for our law firm products through onsite meetings, product demonstrations, guided evaluations, and regular follow-up. The Sales Engineering team will support deeper demos and evaluations, but all Sales Managers are expected to be able to provide initial demonstrations and provide deep discovery on opportunities and run the full sales process. IP knowledge and demo skills will be required. Craft Proposals : Prepare proposals and responses to RFPs with the assistance of the Sales Engineering team. Close Deals : Complete the sales process, leveraging our legal team for contract negotiations. Forecast:  Closely track all activity and pipeline progress through salesforce.com, maintain a pipeline multiple vs. quota and accurately forecast closing cycles.   What you’ll need to be successful: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in a full cycle sales role Strong understanding of intellectual property management and IP solutions (Patents, Trademarks) Proven success in complex, consultative sales cycles Ability to quickly learn new technology and communicate value effectively Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Self-motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive mindset Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and presentations Perks & Benefits: Hybrid or fully remote work model Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance 401(k) with company match Casual and fun work environment 3 weeks of vacation 8 company holidays, plus 2 floating holidays   Anaqua, Inc. is a premium provider of integrated intellectual property (IP) management technology solutions and services.
