If you’re hungry for a good opportunity, but don't meet every point in this job description, please apply anyway!</p> <p>As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Leading the full design lifecycle</strong>: discovery, research, concepting, prototyping, usability testing, UI/visual design, and delivery</li> <li><strong>Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers </strong>to define problem spaces and shape product strategy, aligned with the company’s goals</li> <li><strong>Contributing to Beyond’s design system</strong>, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite, by working closely with other designers and owning and maintaining feature-level Figma files, prototypes, and libraries.</li> <li><strong>Gathering and using quantitative and qualitative insights</strong> to drive product strategy and design improvements and use them to inform design decisions.</li> <li><strong>Conducting User Research</strong> activities, such as user interviews, usability tests, concept validations, and heuristic reviews.</li> <li><strong>Designing and supporting experiments</strong> to measure how design decisions influence user behaviour and business results.</li> <li><strong>Communicating design decisions clearly</strong>, framing discussions around customer and business impact and measurable outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Facilitating workshops</strong> and alignment sessions when needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? The person who will be successful in this role will be: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Communicative</strong>: You are an excellent communicator with a talent for simplifying complexity. </li> <li><strong>Empathetic</strong>: You can build strong relationships and partnerships with product and engineering</li> <li><strong>Data-driven</strong>: You have experience love utilizing data to drive product decisions.</li> </ul> <p>Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of Product Design experience in SaaS, B2B, or data-rich products.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive data-informed product decisions to drive business results.</li> <li>End-to-end ownership, from problem framing to final UI.</li> <li>Deep experience with Figma (including components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping).</li> <li>Experience contributing to design systems.</li> <li>Experience with data visualisation or information-heavy interfaces.</li> <li>Experience in revenue management, pricing tools, marketplaces, or analytics platforms is a plus.</li> <li>Enthusiasm about AI tools and integrating them actively in your workflow is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with Product analytics tools like Hotjar and Posthog are a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, measurin ...
