You are: - A product leader who has owned important product areas and initiatives end-to-end - Excited to build product-led systems that help customers discover value, adopt capabilities, and grow with the platform - AI-forward — you actively use AI to increase leverage and have experience shipping or evolving AI-powered product experiences - Comfortable operating in ambiguity, defining problems, and driving execution with clarity - Fluent in experimentation, metrics, and learning loops - A strong cross-functional leader who can influence without authority and move teams toward outcomes - A boundaryless builder — you prototype, automate, design, and ship using AI as your co-builder to turn problems into durable solutions that deliver customer value with urgency and care What You’ll Do This is an individual contributor role with significant scope and exposure. You will own a core product area and partner directly with our CEO and CTO to deliver product experiences that matter to the business and to our customers. You’ll: - Own a high-impact product area that meaningfully contributes to brightwheel’s growth and customer outcomes - Partner closely with the CEO, CTO, and senior product and engineering leaders to share insights, pressure-test ideas, and shape direction - Define and evolve product-led systems that help customers realize value faster and more consistently across the platform - Lead execution for AI-powered product experiences, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams - Translate broader company and product strategy into clear bets, roadmaps, and execution plans for your area - Design, run, and learn from experiments to validate hypotheses and guide prioritization - Define success metrics, monitor performance, and clearly communicate progress, learnings, and tradeoffs to leadership - Raise the bar for product quality, velocity, and customer impact within your area What You Bring We are open to a variety of backgrounds, but strong candidates usually bring: - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or product-led businesses - Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional product initiatives with measurable outcomes - Strong product judgment and the ability to balance speed, quality, and learning - Deep comfort with product metrics, experimentation, and funnel analysis (SQL a plus) - Experience building or scaling AI-powered product experiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with executive audiences - A strong sense of ownership and bias toward action - Experience leveraging AI to expand your own scope a ...
