We are seeking a full-time Associate Program Manager (Contractor) to provide critical operational and executional support across Airtable’s Digital Programs portfolio. This role will act as a force multiplier for the team—owning day-to-day program operations so senior program managers can focus on strategy, experimentation, and scaling AI adoption. This contractor role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operational ownership, and wants exposure to AI education, community, and customer enablement at scale. What you'll do The Associate Program Manager will support workstreams across Customer Education, Community, and AI Programs, helping with timelines, documentation, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including: Program Operations Execution Manage course uploads, updates, and LMS administration for Airtable Academy Coordinate publishing workflows for the Airtable Effect, our Digital Programs monthly newsletter Support rolling cohorts of the AI Incubator bootcamp program Maintain the front-end experiences for Academy and Community, publishing page updates and updating promotions Community Support Operations Assist with post engagement, community moderation, and spam monitoring Work with internal teams for coordinating and publishing program communications and announcements Manage the inbox of our Digital Programs email alias and the routing of inbound requests Oversee both our internal support channels and support ticket integrations related to digital programs Advocacy Enablement Support Coordinate advocacy workflows, including mission creation, contributor tracking, and swag fulfillment Support external collaborators and program participants with operational needs Maintain clean handoffs between Community, Marketing, Support, and Education teams Analytics Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams for basic reporting and data hygiene Help track participation, engagement, and program health metrics Support ad hoc analysis to inform program improvements and capacity planning Who you are Highly organized and execution-focused, with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams Excited by AI, education, and community—even if you’re early in your career Experienced with program coordination, operations, or project support (SaaS experience a plus) What we offer Duration: 6-months, with potential to extend Start Date: ASAP Work Schedule: 40 hr / week Location: Remote (United States) Airtable is an equal opportunity employer.
