Our Rides **Document Compliance team,** encompassing Compliance, Document Fraud, and InstaDoc specialisations, plays a vital role in safeguarding platform integrity. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a **Risk & Compliance Specialist II** to strengthen operational oversight, elevate quality standards, and support risk mitigation across sensitive and high-impact workflows. This role combines operational excellence, risk management, mentorship, and process improvement to ensure we deliver compliant, accurate, and scalable solutions in a fast-moving regulatory environment. **What You'll Do** ## **Operational Excellence & Risk Oversight** 1. Execute and oversee high-risk Instadoc, Document Fraud and Compliance BAU workflows with precision and accountability 2. Ensure consistent weekly coverage across critical tasks, partnering closely with UKI Compliance Specialists and Team Leads 3. Review Potential Breach Reports prior to submission and drive LOMC follow-up actions with strong attention to detail 4. Act as owner for ad-hoc audit requests, ensuring timely, accurate completion and flagging risk where appropriate ### **Quality & Process Improvement** 1. Identify and drive process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance quality 2. Partner cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions that strengthen controls across Compliance, Doc Fraud, and InstaDoc 3. Support testing, validation, and rollout of new processes, ensuring operational readiness and adoption ### **Training, Knowledge & Escalation Support** 1.
