Job Description

The Sr Solution Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and define forward-looking competitive strategies and vision that deliver unique value to customers in the healthcare industry. Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs. Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies. Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains. Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and client experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability. Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments. Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan. Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities. Perform other job duties as assigned.
