Responsibilities - Lead and complete audit engagements from planning through reporting - Supervise and review work of staff and junior auditors - Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls - Ensure audits are completed accurately and on time - Present audit findings and recommend process improvements - Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing matters - Manage multiple engagements; occasional travel required Qualifications - 3–4+ years of public accounting audit experience - Strong knowledge of GAAS and PCAOB standards - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (3.0+ GPA preferred) - CPA preferred but not required - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Experience with audit and engagement tools such as Salesforce (CRM), CCH ProSystem Engagement, Suralink, Confirmation.com, and PPC Checkpoint (preferred) - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - High integrity; ability to work independently and in a team - Authorized to work in the U.S. This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration.
