About The Role EliseAI is hiring a Director of GTM Strategy and Operations to oversee go-to-market planning and operational execution. This role is responsible for building and maintaining GTM processes, performance reporting, forecasting models, and revenue operations systems. The Director works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance to support product launches, pricing updates, funnel analysis, and ongoing business reviews. The position is based at EliseAI’s headquarters in New York City and requires in-office attendance four days per week. The role requires approximately 25% domestic travel and 5% international travel. Job Responsibilities - GTM Strategic Planning: Lead design and execution of scalable, data-driven go-to-market strategies using systems engineering principles; Manage technical teams supporting strategy implementation. - Business Metrics & Reporting: Develop advanced data models and real-time dashboards to track KPIs and ensure scalable analytics. - Cross-Functional Initiatives: Manage product launches and pricing strategies using workflow automation and Agile methods; Lead project teams to optimize operational efficiency. - Market Intelligence: Oversee data collection and statistical analysis for competitive research; Translate insights into actionable strategies. Manage research analysts. - Collaboration with Leadership: Perform systems analysis to improve sales and marketing funnels; Facilitate cross-functional alignment; Coach and develop team members. - Executive Support: Build ROI models, scenario analyses, and executive dashboards; Lead team delivering strategic insights for leadership decisions. - Business Reviews & Planning: Facilitate data-driven business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. - Revenue Operations & Finance Partnership: Coordinate forecasting, capacity planning, and predictive analytics with finance teams; Oversee integration of financial and operational data. Job Requirements - Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience and skills.
