About The Role We're looking for a SMB Sales Manager to lead the charge in building out our newest customer segment within the Housing vertical. This is a unique opportunity to shape a go-to-market motion from the ground up — crafting the strategy, building relationships, and closing deals with small to mid-sized housing operators. You’ll play a key role in defining how we serve this market, while actively engaging with prospective customers and helping them understand the value of EliseAI. Requirements - 3 years of management experience in a manager role with a Account Executive team. - 2 years of experience selling SaaS products in a Account Executive role. - A track record of exceeding sales quotas. - High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork. - Salesforce experience. - Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week Why Join Growth and impact.
