About the Role EliseAI is hiring a GTM Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own revenue from signed partners—driving activation, enablement, and co-selling to maximize partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Partnerships will continue to handle sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation; you’ll take the lead from late-stage negotiation through activation, joint plays, co-selling, and expansion. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in a mid-market or enterprise GTM motion, either as: - A sales rep or sales manager, or - A GTM generalist, such as a former consultant or operator with a background in GTM strategy & operations (Direct partnerships, alliances, or channel experience is a plus, not required) - Executive presence with both startup and enterprise partners - Strong, proven problem-solving skills - Direct and clear communicator, both written and verbal; not afraid to speak up - Organized and self-starter - Fast at execution — doesn’t let perfect be the enemy of good - Entrepreneurial and proactive — looking for creative ways to make the team better - Nice-to-have: PropTech experience, integrations/API familiarity - Willingness to work ...
