About The Role EliseAI is looking for a Senior Renewals Manager who will own the customer renewal motion end-to-end: forecasting, negotiation, process design, and expansion discovery. Your work will directly lock in multi-year revenue and surface new ARR that would otherwise be left on the table. Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing, quota carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, customer success) ideally in a SaaS company - Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding quotas - Experience in managing complex renewal processes (multi-threading, ROI analysis, etc.) is a plus - Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills - Bonus: Experience working in real estate or prop tech - Willingness to work in person at our office at least 4 days a week Why Join Growth and impact.
