The Role
We're looking for an Advisor Recruiting Coordinator to run the operational engine of our Advisor Business Development team. You'll own the coordination and logistics that keep our recruiting machine moving—from Discovery Days to contract execution to making sure leadership is focused on the highest-leverage activities. This is a role for someone who's highly organized, proactive, and wants to grow into a chief of staff or senior operations function as we scale.
Your Impact
Coordinate Discovery Day logistics end-to-end, delivering a seamless and memorable candidate experience
Manage calendars and meetings for leadership, protecting time for high-impact work and ensuring the right people are in the right rooms
Facilitate the sales process execution—tracking candidates through the pipeline and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate offers and contracts in partnership with HR and Finance, driving deals to close
Book travel and manage logistics for team events and candidate visits
Serve as the operational hub across Advisor Recruiting, HR, and cross-functional partners
Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement solutions before being asked
The Ideal Match
1-3 years in a coordinator, executive assistant, or operations role—ideally supporting a sales or recruiting function
Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
Strong communicator—written and verbal—who can work effectively with leadership and external candidates
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technically curious and quick to learn new systems (HubSpot, Greenhouse, Google Suite, etc.)
High EQ and professionalism when interacting with advisor candidates
Bonus Points
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
Background in recruiting coordination or sales support
Interest in growing into a chief of staff or senior operations role
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
