About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to support discovery and development campaigns focused on next-generation biotherapies for serious unmet medical needs. The candidate will work within the immunology team, conducting in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo immunoassays on a diverse array of biological drug candidates. What You'll Do: Design and implement immunological studies to support lead candidate selection. Evaluate immune cell responses towards biotherapeutics using a variety of immunoassay techniques. Execute immunological experiments to test hypotheses and support conclusions with analyzed data. Contribute to immunogenicity assay platform development. Engage with a cross-functional project team to collaboratively advance protein design and engineering efforts. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records. Who You Are: You have a a minimum of a PhD degree in immunology or related field (must be conferred by June 2026) or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a Bachelors’ degree with 5+ years of experience. You are or you also have: Experience with in vitro cellular immunoassays is a must. Experience with culture of primary, human immune cells is required. Requires experience with routine immunological methods including, for example, flow cytometry, fluorospot, ELISA and immunoprecipitation. Demonstrated in vivo murine model experience is required. Experience with antigen-specific expansion of T cells, culture of dendritic cells, DC internalization assays, epitope mapping, and immunopeptidomics is required. Experience with high-throughput lab automation is preferred but not required. Where You’ll Work This role is based out of our New Hampshire office and requires full-time, in-person presence to support hands-on collaboration, access specialized equipment, and/or operational needs.
