About The Team The People Operations team at Life360 partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver scalable, data-driven people programs that support the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the team owns core operational processes, systems, and insights across onboarding, employee experience, compliance, and workforce operations. With a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement, the team enables the business to move fast while maintaining consistency, compliance, and a high bar for employee experience. About the Job The Senior People Technology Analyst supports the design, optimization, and day-to-day operation of Life360’s People technology ecosystem. Reporting into the People Operations function, this role focuses on configuring and improving People systems, building automated and AI-enabled workflows, and ensuring data flows reliably across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of People Operations, systems, and data. You will partner closely with People Operations, IT, and Finance to help scale processes, reduce manual work, and improve the employee experience through thoughtful use of technology. The US-based salary range for this position is $110,000 to $159,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do People Systems Management Configure, maintain, and support core People systems, including HRIS and related tools for onboarding, performance, learning, benefits, and compliance. Support system upgrades, new feature releases, and incremental enhancements across the People tech stack. Manage workflows, permissions, and system settings to align with evolving People processes. Troubleshoot system issues, partner with vendors on resolution, and escalate complex items when needed. Automation AI-Enabled Workflows Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline People processes such as onboarding, employee changes, approvals, and reporting. Support the rollout and ongoing use of AI-enabled capabilities, including employee support tools, automated validations, and intelligent routing. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality through automation and system optimization. Help document and follow standards for data privacy, security, and responsible use of AI.
