Go beyond standard UI work. Alongside product features, you’ll contribute to complex interactive experiences like our Flow Builder, built on WebGL and PixiJS, so you’ll have opportunities to work on complex interactive systems, not just forms and dashboards. Build on strong engineering foundations. A dedicated platform team maintains our TypeScript monorepo, while our evolving design system team enables consistent, scalable frontend development and improves developer experience. What You Will Do 🧑🏻‍💻 Lead high-complexity feature development by evaluating approaches, communicating trade-offs, driving decisions that balance product value, speed and scalability. Lead technical discovery by researching edge cases, exploring system connections, and bringing insights to backlog refinement. Shape product outcomes by challenging requirements when needed, offering alternatives, and ensuring the most efficient path forward. Collaborate in a cross-functional team with backend engineers and designers, working closely with a product manager to shape solutions and align on outcomes. Improve system quality and resilience by defining and monitoring key metrics, investigating issues, supporting incident analysis, and reducing tech debt. Raise engineering standards through maintainable code, thoughtful architecture, and high-impact code reviews focused on patterns, performance, and long-term health. Strengthen team execution by facilitating discussions, guiding teammates through decisions, and helping align the team on goals, risks, and constraints.
