Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant oversees payroll accounting, benefits accounting, and core general ledger responsibilities while supporting month-end close and financial reporting process. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, experience with multi-state payroll, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, strengthening internal controls, supporting audit readiness, and driving process improvements across payroll and accounting workflows.
