Your Role at Vertice We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building great products and can support the growth of our dynamic team and product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences, analyzing users' problems and turning them into solutions. You’ll be part of a growing product and engineering team that focuses on delivering products to market fast and that maximize user value. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn while having the independence and autonomy to drive projects forward from initiation to delivery. Core responsibilities - Identify and validate new opportunities with your own market/competitor research and by actively gathering feedback to proactively address them - Analyze user problems and produce clear and concise requirements broken down in valuable and releasable pieces of software (user stories) - Make strategic trade-off decisions and prioritize product features based on impact - Work closely with the designers and the developers to deliver world-class customer experience - Measure and communicate results to the business - Pursue a deep understanding of our customers, informed through research and data analysis - Ensure successful product and feature launches by facilitating communication across the business Requirements - 5+ years of experience in product management including ability to champion product and UX, preferably in B2B environment - Experience with Integrations desired, preferably targeting ERP systems - A passion for crafting awesome products through continual experimentation, iteration and optimisation - Experience with developing product requirements and user stories, including meeting with stakeholders, customers and working with UX/UI and engineering teams - Comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes need to be created from scratch - Well organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently - Strong computer literacy across a wide variety of tools (Jira, Figma, SQL etc.) - Good understanding of agile product development best practices Why join Vertice?
