Corporate Counsel

Position Overview: The Corporate Counsel will be a key partner to the legal team, helping review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. These include Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and government contracts. In addition to contract work, this role will support corporate governance activities, such as preparing and maintaining corporate records and minutes. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will play an important role in helping the company operate responsibly and stay compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
