SEC Reporting Manager

Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and filing of accurate, timely SEC reports with clear, well-written disclosures. In this role, you’ll coordinate and prepare quarterly and year-end financial reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, and related communications, while ensuring SOX controls are maintained and working closely with audit and legal teams. You’ll play a key role in keeping our external reporting process smooth and compliant, working independently but also partnering across teams in a fast-paced public-company environment.
