This team have a vision to create a customer service operation that functions at peak efficiency whilst consistently delivering an effortless customer and agent experience. Customer Services are the face of Zopa and the people our customers trust and turn to for help. Our mission is to leverage new & existing technology to ensure customer interactions are seamless, swift and accurate whilst developing the tools, systems and processes agents need to work effectively.
